Biggest Little Farm (2018)
A couple is followed through its successes and failures as they work to develop a sustainable organic farm on 200 acres outside of Los Angeles. Over eight years, the desolate land they purchase begins to thrive and is transformed.
2019 documentary, 91 minutes. Premiered at Telluride Film Festival and won honors at Sundance and Toronto Film Festivals as well as others.
This film is being sponsored by the Maple Grille Restaurant and Microbrewery of Hemlock. And its chef/owner Josh Schaeding will speak about his use of local crop and meat vendors.
Proceeds will benefit the Eastside Soup Kitchen.
